* Remuneration: Level A: $88,290 - $117,718; Level B: $123,620 - $145,730; Level C: $150,148 + 17% superannuation

Working closely with Scientia Professor Ross Buckley, one of the most extensively cited FinTech scholars, you’ll contribute to the research efforts of the UNSW Law & Justice Faculty (School of Private & Commercial Law) through independent and team research on the ARC Laureate Research Program titled “The Financial Data Revolution: Seizing the Benefits, Controlling the Risks”.

About You
Skills and experience for consideration as a Level A include:
* A first degree in law
* A PhD in Law, Economics, Finance, Political Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
* Strong research capacity in law and policy interactions
* Ability to conduct independent qualitative and empirical research
* High-quality publications and conference presentations
* Strong organizational skills
Level B and C candidates should additionally demonstrate:
* Up-to-date discipline knowledge
* Research excellence and high-quality outcomes
* Industry or professional involvement (desirable)
* Teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration skills
* Research governance and ethics compliance
This position can be fractional at 0.8 or 0.6 FTE.
