Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Speech Pathologist to join our paediatric therapy team. The successful candidate will work with children and adolescents (2–17) across clinic, school, and community settings. This role offers the opportunity to provide therapy in various clinical areas, including early intervention, speech sound disorders, language delays and disorders, social communication, AAC, literacy and phonological awareness.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality therapy services, excellent communication skills, and a family-focused approach. They will also have confidence or interest in working with young adult clients transitioning out of paediatric services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to children and adolescents (2–17)
* Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists on co-managed clients
* Support local school initiatives through kindy/pre-primary screening programs and occasional school visits
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A recognised qualification in Speech Pathology and current SPA registration
* At least 2 years of paediatric experience preferred
* A team player with strong communication skills
* A family-focused approach to therapy
