About the role
Minda is on a bold growth trajectory-and we're looking for a driven, compassionate leader to help shape the future of disability support in the Limestone Coast region.
As Service Delivery Manager, you'll lead teams to deliver high-quality, person-centred support across life domains. You'll be the operational heartbeat of the region-ensuring services are compliant, goal-oriented, and deeply aligned with Minda's values.
But this role offers more than day-to-day leadership. You'll also act as delegate for the Regional Manager, stepping into higher-level responsibilities during leave periods. It's a rare opportunity to gain strategic exposure and fast-track your career in regional service oversight.
What you'll drive
* Individualised, person-centred support, directly working alongside clients and staff to ensure active support practice leadership
* Strong stakeholder relationships and clear, professional communication
* Compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Disability Standards, and legislation
* Incident reporting, investigations, and risk management
* Operational oversight to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery
* A culture of continuous improvement by conducting regular internal audits and implementing targeted action plans to enhance service quality
* Budgeting, resource planning (including client scheduling and client rostering), and administrative leadership
* Delegation of Regional Manager duties during periods of leave

What you'll bring
* Proven leadership in disability or human services
* Experience developing individualised support plans
