As part of our 2026 Early Career programme we are looking to hire an Ecology Graduate.
About the role
Join our dedicated and knowledgeable Ecology team, where you'll play a vital role in promoting responsible environmental and wildlife habitat practices across the UK. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll contribute to a wide range of impactful ecological and environmental projects.
This role is based in our Swanbourne office, so a full driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential. You'll collaborate with teams across the UK and gain hands‐on experience on exciting, high‐profile Environment sector projects.
At Pell Frischmann, you'll join a multidisciplinary group of specialists who will support your development through tailored training and real project exposure in your chosen field.
As part of your journey, you will also be enrolled in our two‐year Graduate Programme. Designed around the competency requirements of leading professional institutions, this programme offers the perfect platform to launch your career. You'll build valuable networks with graduates across the business and develop core competencies such as project management, commercial awareness, and personal effectiveness. As a result of the office location you it is essential to have a full driving licence with your own transport.
Right to Work RequirementsWe are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role due to salary thresholds. Applicants must already have the existing, unrestricted right to work in the UK for the full duration of our 2 to 3 year graduate programme. Unfortunately, this means we cannot accept applications where the right to work is time‐limited and would expire before the programme ends (July 2029).
