This role is a project-focused role, involving the migration of file data from end-of-life on-premise infrastructure to the Microsoft cloud (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Azure). It is a migration role with responsibilities focused on profiling data and planning/executing file data migrations to M365.

Description
1. Run pre-migration profiling reports on current state data
2. Analyse and remediate errors with the Delivery Analyst
3. Schedule and execute file migrations with the Project team
4. Analyse migration reports, remediate errors, and re-run migrations as required
5. Maintain migration task list
6. Participate in daily and weekly pre-start meetings
7. Technical troubleshooting and analysis
8. Develop work instructions for repeated tasks
9. Review and accept training materials to support adoption of M365 file storage options
10. Execute Azure Blob migrations concurrently with similar responsibilities to SharePoint migrations
Tools to be used: Tree Size Pro, ShareGate, Azure Storage Explorer
Profile
1. Currently located in Perth, WA
2. Demonstrated experience in a similar SharePoint migration project (SharePoint or Azure platforms)
3. Hands-on experience with M365 technologies (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
4. Experience in planning and rolling out change initiatives for business users
