We're on the lookout for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to play a key role in delivering major civil infrastructure projects, providing exceptional leadership and negotiation skills to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
You will oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance. You will be accountable for ensuring project compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
* Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of project's financial performance.
* Manage and maintain client relationships.
* Responsible for the coordination and performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment.
* Coaching, mentoring and training of relevant staff and addressing and resolving any performance issues.
What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) - desirable but not essential.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in Civil Construction, previous experience in delivering subdivision projects will be highly regarded.
* Strong skills in managing client relationships.
* Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
* Exceptional people management abilities.
