We're looking for an experienced Anaplan Model Builder / Solution Architect who can bridge finance, data, and technology to deliver high?quality planning solutions that genuinely influence business outcomes. In this role, you'll take ownership of designing and enhancing Anaplan models that sit at the heart of budgeting, forecasting, workforce planning, and operational performance. You'll work closely with senior finance stakeholders, challenge existing processes, and translate business requirements into scalable, well?structured models that support better decision?making across the organisation.
Responsibilities
* Designing, building, and maintaining Anaplan models across both Classic and Polaris engines.
* Developing and refining data pipelines that underpin planning, forecasting, and scenario modelling.
* Working with finance, operations, and technology teams to convert business needs into robust Anaplan solutions.
* Leading workshops, shaping requirements, and identifying opportunities to streamline and improve planning processes.
* Contributing to the Anaplan Centre of Excellence-defining standards, improving model governance, and supporting broader adoption across the business.
Qualifications
* 3-5+ years' experience as an Anaplan Model Builder or Solution Architect, ideally across large?scale or enterprise environments.
* Strong understanding of Anaplan best practices, model design principles, and emerging trends, including integration with AI platforms such as AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex.
* Experience with Anaplan API, data integration patterns, and Anaplan Workflow.
* Solid technical foundation: SQL, data modelling, business process mapping, and documentation.
* Familiarity with Agile delivery and experience working within financial services or complex, data?rich environments.
