This well-established bank in the local community of Wangaratta is looking for a Teller / Customer Service Officer to join their experienced team. The goal is to help customers achieve their financial goals by connecting them with the right products and services.
Your new role
* Delivering a high level of customer service in the branch by understanding customers' individual needs and delivering tailored solutions
* Providing information and assistance on all financial service products including wealth, insurance, home loans and small business lending
* Completing initial applications for personal loans & credit cards
* Opening/closing general accounts and assisting with other product queries
* Working closely with the team and always putting the customer first whilst working to targets
This is the perfect entry-level banking role for any Commerce/ Finance/ Business graduate and/or candidate holding previous customer service, retail or hospitality experience looking to gain exposure in a bank.
What you'll need to succeed
* A motivation to learn, a passion for banking and excellent customer service skills.
* You will be a strong decision maker and problem-solver.
* Comfortable talking to people and building strong relationships.
* Reliable and hard-working with excellent communication skills.
* The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work efficiently as part of a team.
