We are seeking a passionate Advanced Retail Professional (3IC) for our Blacktown Performance Store in NSW on a part‐time basis. This role is a part‐time position with fixed days and hours per week, covering selected weekdays and weekend days.

• Assist the Store Manager & Assistant Manager in achieving store targets and optimal consumer experience within an adidas concept store through staff productivity and fostering an active selling environment.
• Role‐model our service and selling standards to provide customers with an outstanding experience while leading and inspiring the store team to meet or exceed commercial goals.
• Represent the adidas brand/company values and products in an inspiring and impactful way.
• Execute and maintain established visual merchandising standards and adequate shop‐floor replenishment.
• Train and coach the team to fine‐tune service skills, as well as foundational and seasonal brand and product knowledge.
• Coordinate team members to ensure the most efficient inventory processing procedures and a seamless stock‐to‐floor process.
• Share best practices to drive the overall store team performance.

We strongly value experience in the following areas:

• Retail team leader of men's/women's apparel or sports footwear.
• Visual merchandising.
• Stockroom procedures.
