As a Heavy Vehicle Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability and safety of our fleet by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.

Key Responsibilities:
","
* Repair and maintain buses to meet regulatory standards
","
* Road test vehicles as required
","
* Attend breakdowns on and off-site
","
* Identify and repair vehicle defects
","
Required Skills and Qualifications:
","
* Current NSW MVTC Motor Mechanic trade certificate (essential) + TAFE Cert III Heavy Vehicle Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology
","
* Current HR drivers license (or ability to obtain)
","
* Computer literacy for accurate maintenance record keeping
","
* Capability to supervise and assist in training apprentices and trade assistants
","
* Experience with scan tools (desirable)
","
* Experience in bus maintenance and public transport operations (desirable)
","
