- invest in, create and produce, First Nations works of scale, with priorities and funding decisions determined by First Nations leaders,
- develop a First Nations Creative Workforce Development Strategy, and
- promote best practice cultural protocols, self-determination and cultural safety training across arts and cultural organisations.

First Nations creativity is central to Australian arts and culture, supported by self-determined decision-making.

**Your role**

We're looking for someone who will harness their cultural expertise, professional networks, and program management skills to drive the long-term resilience and sustainability of our First Nations creative and cultural industries.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of shaping development programs that will fuel growth, heighten digital literacy and innovation, and empower First Nations peoples. Your deep understanding of First Nations culture and sensitivity to the cultural needs of Indigenous communities will be invaluable as you collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders to bring these programs to life.

**Design and manage programs**

Develop and oversee programs aligned to First Nations workforce development and training priorities

**Program Innovation**

Scope, plan and refine programs and alumni activity, exploring partnership opportunities to maximise impact

**Champion Digital Literacy**

Collaborate with the Industry Initiatives team to drive the development and delivery of a dedicated First Nations digital program to enhance digital literacy,digital ICIP and entrepreneurialism

**Strategic Advisory**

Provide high-level guidance to internal stakeholders to shape First Nations workforce and professional development and lead internal presentations to foster deeper understanding of First Nations protocols

**Contract and Budget Management**

Manage relevant program contracts and budgets, ensuring everything stays on track and is captured through well-prepared program documentations

**Outcome Evaluation**

Work with the evaluation team to measure, analyse, and report on program outcomes demonstrating the tangible impact of our initiatives
