The Senior Analyst is responsible for managing complex processes, developing reports, and analyzing data specific to their role. They must have a comprehensive understanding of their responsibilities and a broad knowledge of all aspects of the line of business, including data reporting and advanced Excel skills. This role serves as a subject matter expert, consulting across departments on best practices, collaborating with analysts, and supporting management. The position significantly impacts the performance and success of the line of business.

Location requirement: Candidates must reside within 30 miles of Green Bay or Milwaukee, WI.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, maintain, and document databases and information systems to support business needs, ensuring data integrity and quality.
* Create complex data queries and reports, including VBA programming, to generate hourly, daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
* Manage existing reports, assess their ongoing relevance, and streamline reporting processes for efficiency.
* Source data from various sources, automate reporting scripts, and enhance data reporting procedures.
* Gather reporting requirements through departmental meetings and develop processes for data distribution.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Banking, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, Accounting, or Mathematics (Required).
* 2-5 years of data analysis, reporting, and SQL experience with advanced Microsoft Office skills, including VBA (Required).
* 2-4 years of banking experience with leadership capabilities (Preferred).
* 1-2 years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Snowflake) and Python or proficient SQL coding (Preferred).
* Attention to detail and commitment to data quality (Preferred).
