Womenswear Product Designer
REMMIE is an Australian comfort-first lifestyle brand creating everyday pieces women genuinely live in. We design with ease, wearability, and confidence at the centre — prioritising fit, comfort, and repeat wear over fast trends.
We're looking for a
Womenswear Product Designer
to support our growing product pipeline across core styles, seasonal updates, and new design concepts.
This role suits someone who enjoys both thoughtful design and practical product development, and who understands how modern brands balance creativity with commercial decision-making.
What You'll Do
* Design womenswear products across
core, seasonal, and experimental
lanes
* Create design concepts, sketches, CADs, and tech packs for sampling and production
* Work through sampling, fittings, and iterations with clear fit and construction feedback
* Collaborate closely with production and suppliers to refine garments
* Contribute to cohesive collections and product stories when required
* Design a
high volume of concepts
, knowing not all ideas will go into production
* Support product testing and validation through marketing and content when relevant
What We're Looking For
* 2–7 years experience in womenswear fashion design
* Strong understanding of fit, fabrication, and comfort-driven design
* Experience working with manufacturers and managing samples
* Ability to design both individual pieces and cohesive ranges
* Awareness of current trends, without being trend-dependent
* Comfortable iterating, editing, and refining ideas
* Organised, practical, and open to feedback
Nice to Have
* Graphic design skills for prints, logos, and trims.
* Experience in both lounge and swimwear.

* Based in
Burleigh Heads / Gold Coast

* Hybrid role — some in-person collaboration encouraged
* Remote considered for the right candidate
Hours & Contract
* Part-time role (flexible days / hours)
* Open to contractor or part-time employment
