About The Role
We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our Toowoomba team. This is a hands‐on role for someone who takes pride in quality, safety, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct pre-start checks on plant and equipment
* Operate production machinery and strap products for transport
* Load materials onto production lines using overhead crane or forklift
* Maintain a safe, tidy, and effective work area
* Monitor machinery to ensure products meet quality standards and production targets
* Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times
What We're Looking For
* Reliable, safety-focused, and keen to contribute to a positive team culture
* Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment advantageous but not essential
* Forklift licence and/or crane experience advantageous but not essential
* Flexible, dependable, and energetic
