The business is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager (Part Time) with FMCG expertise to take the brand to the next level. This is a hands-on, strategic and creative role, ideal for someone who wants to make a genuine impact by shaping brand direction, driving go-to-market activity and building commercial momentum.
Responsibilities
:
* Creating compelling storytelling and engaging content that showcases the brand's unique product strengths.
* Build and evolve brand guidelines ensuring consistency across every touchpoint.
* Produce engaging, high-quality content across packaging, digital, social, print and campaign assets that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Design and deliver integrated marketing initiatives that build brand awareness, increasing market share across consumer and commercial markets.
* Analyse data, audience insights and competitor research to shape go-to-market plans and uncover new market opportunities.
* Measure performance and continually refine campaigns, using insights to drive both creative and commercial results.
* Lead the brand's digital presence, creating content and customer experiences that grow community, deepen engagement and convert followers into loyal customers.
* Tailor content and campaigns to suit different segments — from everyday consumers to performance driven environments and commercial buyers.
* Support channel partners and sales teams with persuasive marketing assets and campaign activity that drives momentum across all channels.
* Help activate sponsorships, ambassadors and events that elevate visibility and generate strong content opportunities.
* Collaborate with external specialists to deliver work that is both commercially effective and creatively exciting.
Required Skills
:
* Strength in brand development, campaign execution and content creation.
* Strong digital marketing capability (web, social, CRM, content planning).
* Design skills (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator) highly regarded.
* Ability to use data and insights to drive decision making and creative direction.
* Proven skills in a commercial marketing role, ideally within FMCG, consumer goods, health, sports or wellness.
This is an exciting opportunity where you can utilise your expertise whilst offering the flexibility of a 0.6 full time equivalent (approx. 24 hours a week) that can be structured to suit your needs.
