Key Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in managing the Executive Director's calendar and diary, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely follow-up on documents and approvals.
* Manage calendars and diaries with high volumes of changes and priorities.
* Prepare, track, and follow up on documents and reports, ensuring timely completion and submission.
* Effectively manage email and communication, responding to or flagging priority issues as needed.
* Regularly collaborate with the Executive Director to set agendas, establish priorities, and ensure smooth workflow.
* Anticipate needs, protect the Executive's time, and manage stakeholder expectations across the organization.
