Key Responsibilities

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in managing the Executive Director's calendar and diary, ensuring seamless scheduling and timely follow-up on documents and approvals.

* Manage calendars and diaries with high volumes of changes and priorities.
* Prepare, track, and follow up on documents and reports, ensuring timely completion and submission.
* Effectively manage email and communication, responding to or flagging priority issues as needed.
* Regularly collaborate with the Executive Director to set agendas, establish priorities, and ensure smooth workflow.
* Anticipate needs, protect the Executive's time, and manage stakeholder expectations across the organization.


About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in government or corporate environments.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to stay composed under pressure.
* Exceptional communication skills, enabling confident management of stakeholders and prioritization of tasks.
* Resilience, positivity, and solutions-focused approach, avoiding fault-finding and focusing on effective problem-solving.
* Emotional intelligence, strong communication, and adaptability in navigating diverse stakeholder demands.
* Attention to detail and comfort with fast-paced inbox management and shifting priorities.
