Warrego Water Services is a leading, Australian-owned family business, operating across 4 branches in Queensland. We are an industry leading supplier of Valley Pivot and Lateral Move irrigation equipment and specialise in the design and construction of water infrastructure solutions.

Our ideal candidate will be focused on growing a career immersed in Agricultural and will be motivated to learn and provide exceptional solutions for our customer network.
Due to the scale and diversity of our projects division we have an opening within our project delivery team for a Technical Sales Representative who wants to develop their skills in the water industry and allow us to train them in the way Warrego Water delivers projects so that they become long-term asset to the business.
We are seeking candidates with a background in Agriculture or exposure to the irrigation industry, ag equipment, project based business or similar field. There is opportunity for someone to be mentored by experienced sales professionals and on the job learning opportunities.
As our Technical Ag Sales Representative, you will:
Eager to learn with a desire to work as a team to deliver water and irrigation projects to customers.
Develop knowledge of design and install of Warrego Water products and systems.
Develop an in depth understanding of Center Pivot and Lateral Move Irrigation systems.
Ability to adapt, create and customise quotes .
Effective communication.
Results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on providing solutions and creating long term relationships.
Ability to work in a team.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Working in outdoor field environment, some work related travel
An unwavering commitment to maintaining the safety culture of our business
Skills and Experience, not essential, but highly regarded:-
Ag background or experience
Experience with Ag equipment, project based business or similar field
Estimating and costing experience
Agricultural Science/Business or Agricultural Engineering degree
