E80 Group is a multinational company specialized in the development of automated and integrated intralogistics solutions for manufacturers of consumer goods, operating in the beverage, food, tissue, and other sectors. The main systems produced by E80 Group include palletizing robots, laser‑guided vehicles, robotic stretch wrappers and labelers, and automated high‑density warehouses.
The entire logistics flow is centrally managed by the SM.I.LE80 software platform (Smart Integrated Logistics), which ensures efficient system integration and optimizes the management of all operations—from the entry of raw materials, through storage, to shipping.

Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule all installation, implementation, and commissioning activities on customer sites through to final testing.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- Effectively coordinate and supervise the team assigned to the project, maintaining a consistent and timely communication between the customer and E80 Group.
- Ensure cost control and compliance with contractual timelines and procedures, quality standards, and the allocated budget.
- Manage project changes in collaboration with the Project Manager and the customer.
- Handle non‑conformity processes in coordination with technical and Supply Chain teams, escalating risks when needed.
- Ensure systems are formally accepted by the customer and that each project phase is approved following successful testing.
- In collaboration with E80 Group’s HSE officer, ensure full compliance with site safety regulations.
Requirements
- An Engineering Degree or Technical Diploma, supported by at least 2 years of proven experience in supervising or leading technical teams, preferably within the automation industry.
- Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills, coupled with a hands‑on approach (e.g., electrical and/or mechanical installation).
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, resource planning tools (e.g. Microsoft Project ), and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong team leadership and ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Customer‑oriented and problem‑solving mindset.
- Willingness to travel extensively across Australia and internationally, for approximately 70% of working time.
- Availability to work in shifts.
Other Requirements
- Desire to make a difference and daily represent E80 Group in front of the Customer.
- English (advanced or native level) with excellent communication skills.
- Permanent rights to work in Australia, with no restrictions.
- Valid driver’s license and car owner.
