Job Description:
We are seeking a driven Sales Professional to lead our national sales efforts.
This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue growth and profitability in the Roadway business.
The successful candidate will establish strong relationships with clients, develop tailored proposals, and manage projects to deliver exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities include establishing a network of staff/agents/distributors across Australia, prioritizing follow-up on quotations and designs to maximize return, and providing regular market feedback.
You will also prepare proposal and tender documents, work with partner organizations on joint tenders, and drive sales growth profitably in all Australian states and territories.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a field sales role, preferably in lighting, street lighting, and lighting controls.
* Established relationships in the lighting industry would be advantageous.
* Strong client relationship building, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, business acumen, and ability to work autonomously.
