* • You will be empowered with an education onboarding program and ongoing training
* • You will perform RATIONALE's world‐class luxury facial treatments
* • Apply our professional‐grade formulations with a luxury massage technique, and utilise non‐invasive modalities (LED, cryotherapy and ultrasound)
* • You will provide informative skin analysis, tailored skincare product and bespoke treatment plans to your clients

ABOUT YOU
* A qualification in beauty, skin or dermal therapy
* Experience in a spa or clinic environment, in a similar role
* Experience in delivering tailored treatments and retail product prescriptions
* Demonstrated excellent client service in a retail or luxury environment
* Passion for skin science, building client rapport and relationships, and delivering on client skin goals
* Excellent interpersonal skills, proactive time management and organisational skills
* Openness to ongoing education and team collaboration within a positive team culture
