Project Lead Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Project Lead to join our Commercial Supply Chain department on a 12-month fixed-term basis. This role will be responsible for overseeing key projects within the JANZ region, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
The ideal candidate will have strong project management experience, with a proven track record of leading complex projects from inception to completion. They will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to provide guidance and support to team members. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the project of transitioning SAP software from GEP to S4 HANNA across the JANZ region.
* Provide strategic leadership and direction to project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
* Develop and implement project management plans, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and issue resolution.
* Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring that potential issues are identified and addressed proactively.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Proven experience in leading large-scale projects, with a strong track record of success.
* Subject matter expertise in SAP GEP and S4 HANA, with experience in OTC, P2S, and P2P processes.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), with experience in data analysis and reporting.
