Description
We're looking for enthusiastic Sports Coaches with a love of cricket to provide amazing coaching experiences for people of all ages at Y Leisure City in Epping. This role will primarily coach cricket, with opportunities to coach other sports including soccer and basketball. Enjoy being part of a dynamic and supportive team environment with opportunities to explore other work areas at our leisure centre such as customer service, gymnastics, or party hosting. Plus, you'll get free access to our onsite gym!
This is a casual position that requires availability to work Monday evenings (4 pm – 7 pm) to support our cricket program. Ideally, you will have some previous sports coaching experience in basketball or soccer, and experience playing or coaching cricket. If you have a strong sports background and cricket experience but haven't coached before, we encourage you to apply – we look for coaches of all levels (Junior through Senior).
* Deliver cricket and other sports coaching according to the programs.
* Assist in delivering quality programs and a fun and supportive experience for participants.
* Assist with set up and pack up of equipment.
* Be friendly, approachable, and helpful to all students and their parents/guardians where applicable.
