Job Overview
The Project Coordinator role plays a pivotal part in our organization, overseeing project deliverables and operations. This involves coordinating technical disciplines to ensure the successful completion of projects.
We work on diverse projects, including cladding replacement, heritage, and general building refurbishment, valued between $5 and $10 million. To succeed, you'll need strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Provide onsite support services and technical assistance on construction projects.
* Plan and coordinate works, subcontractors, equipment, and personnel.
* Offer technical guidance to colleagues regarding design, construction, program modifications, or repairs.
* Compile and create quality assurance/quality control documentation.
* Develop and implement project schedules.
* Conduct quantity take-offs.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, quality (HSEQ) requirements.
This position requires extensive on-site project delivery experience and a tertiary qualification in Engineering (preferable). Strong commercial skills and excellent communication abilities are essential for success.
