Manage diaries, travel schedules, and expense reports for your Managers, with national invoice approval responsibility.
Assist in preparing internal and external meetings and presentations, including developing materials, coordinating AV and meeting room equipment, and providing event logistics support.
Handle time-sensitive, confidential, or cross-departmental special projects, serving as a go-to resource.
Support communication and engagement activities to ensure effective and consistent messaging to employees, investors, partners, and customers.
Oversee the reception area and supervise one receptionist.
Schedule recurring APAC meetings efficiently.
Coordinate APAC Legal documents
The Successful Applicant:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and MS Teams.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Robust verbal and written communication skills.
Adaptability to support two executives and the leadership team, following directions while demonstrating initiative and influence.
Ability to handle issues promptly and fairly.
Autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities.
Experience in managing a direct report and overseeing a small team.
Previous experience in general office administration
Familiarity with SAP Concur (Expense Management System)
