**How will I help?** 
The Customer Solutions Consultant role is fundamental in both supporting and executing the BT Insurance Teams customer experience. The position is primarily responsible for contacting customers, advisers and financial institutions by phone & written correspondence, to facilitate the accurate and timely completion of customer requests. You will resolve issues regarding incomplete, invalid or unclear transactions identified by our business partners.
The Customer Service Consultant will also be responsible for; 
- The resolution of complex issues through exceptional problem-solving skills and alternative solution generation. 
- Providing product expertise to internal and external customers, whilst maintaining a superior level of customer service. 
- Maintain knowledge of legislative & business changes to determine impacts on our customer.

**What do I need?**

Any previous experience in a high volume driven environment with the ability to work to deadlines will be highly advantageous. You will also need to be comfortable working from our Bedford Park office.
