 
        
        Macquarie’s Employee Relations team provides expert advice and consulting services on employee relations matters. This role will be offered on a fixed-term contract basis.
As a trusted advisor, you will provide high-quality strategic advice to management on HR practices and employment risks, people management and employment-related issues. You will deliver commercially focused employee relations and employment law advice.
Key Responsibilities
 * Advise management on HR best practices and mitigate employment risks.
 * Provide expert guidance on employee relations and employment law.
 * Manage resources and reports effectively.
 * Contribute to the improvement of work systems and processes.
 * Interpret and implement HR policies successfully.
Requirements
 * Relevant tertiary qualifications in Employment Law, Employee Relations or Human Resources.
 * Practical knowledge of State and Federal employment laws and experience in financial services.
 * Autonomy to execute day-to-day delivery of employee relations matters.
 * Proven experience in an advisory capacity to clients and stakeholders.
 * Ability to supervise and manage the work of the team's ER Advisers.
