Day in the Life
As a RETAIL STORE MANAGER, you will have direct responsibility for:
* Leading, coaching & training a team of up to 20 team members.
* Driving the Ghanda values with your store team.
* Maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with our visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.
* Liaising with your Stock Allocator and working independently to maintain appropriate stock levels to maximise return on floor space.
* Preparing and monitoring store rosters, sales reports & store/team compliance.
About You
* Demonstrated leadership experience (lead from the front, empower your team, embody the organisational values).
* Customer‑first mindset, nails fundamentals, takes retail seriously.
* Relevant experience in retail/hospitality is an advantage but not essential – the right attitude is valued over experience.
