Your Profile You are an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for AI and a background in technology or healthcare. You excel at bridging the gap between clinical and operational stakeholders and technical teams, translating complex needs into clear, actionable requirements with a strong eye for governance and measurable outcomes. What is required from you 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in a technology function, ideally with exposure to data, AI or machine learning Proven ability to gather, document, and prioritise requirements through workshops, interviews, and stakeholder elicitation across clinical or operational environments Experience with AI governance frameworks, including privacy compliance (e.g. Privacy Act 1988), risk assessments, and ethical reviews Ability to translate complex AI concepts into clear business impacts and recommendations for a broad stakeholder audience Familiarity with agile or hybrid project management frameworks CBAP, CBDA or PMI-PBA certification highly regarded Strong documentation, traceability, and audit trail skills What We Offer Hybrid working arrangements Exposure to cutting-edge automation and AI solutions Great company culture Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
