We're seeking an experienced HR Project Consultant with proven expertise in employee relations and post-acquisition integration to help lead the successful implementation of people-related change initiatives.
About the Role:
Working closely with the HR Director, this contract position plays a key role in supporting integration activities, contract reviews, and employee communications during a critical phase of organisational change.
This is a hands-on role requiring strong stakeholder engagement and an in-depth understanding of employee relations in a complex, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support employee relations matters with professionalism and legal compliance
- Support the rollout of new HR systems and processes post-acquisition
- Manage contract reviews, data validation, and onboarding/offboarding updates
- Provide advice and support to managers through the integration period
- Partner with global HR stakeholders to align processes and support project milestones
- Assist with communications, change initiatives, and culture alignment
About You
- Proven experience in post-acquisition or integration projects
- Strong employee relations (ER) background, ideally in a fast-paced or technical industry
- Confident working autonomously and navigating ambiguity during change
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Robust knowledge of employment law and best practice HR processes
Contract Details
- Immediate start – Contract until end of November
- 4 days per week
