Overview
We are a family-run food distribution business based in Hallam, Victoria, and we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We are seeking reliable, detail-oriented drivers to join our team in two key roles:
Regional Delivery Driver – Early morning starts (4–5 am), delivering food products throughout regional Victoria. Shifts vary between 6 and 12 hours, including at least one 12-hour shift per week.
Evening Pick-Up Driver – Afternoon shifts (2–7 pm), 3 days per week, collecting orders and ensuring timely return to base.
Responsibilities
Checking vehicles before departure to ensure safety and readiness.
Verifying that orders are correctly packed and loaded.
Providing friendly, qualified customer service.
Using a phone app for proof of delivery and pick-ups.
Maintaining vehicles by refueling, cleaning, and preparing them for the next shift.
Working independently with a robust focus on accuracy, safety, and timeliness.
Requirements
Current valid driver’s licence with a clean record (over 25 preferred for insurance).
Experience in delivery driving or similar roles is an advantage.
Robust attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Reliable, tidy, and customer-focused.
Comfortable using smartphone apps and delivery technology.
Physically fit to handle loading and unloading tasks.
