TORO Waste Equipment takes pride in manufacturing Australia's toughest bins. Toro has three workshops nationally and specialises in the manufacture and repair of a wide range of Industrial Steel Bins.

We are looking for a Sales Executive to assist in driving our growth of waste equipment sales. Reporting to the General Manager of TORO, the Sales Executive is responsible for maintaining client relationships and developing new business. This is an exciting opportunity working out of our QLD Toro Office in Coopers Plains.


Role & Responsibilities

* Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedules to call on existing or potential sales outlets, visit customers, and deliver proposals.
* Keep management informed on activity and results, including daily calls, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analysis.
* Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.
* Recommend changes in products and services to management by evaluating results and competitive developments.
* Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
* Work as a team to accomplish results.
* Provide historical records by maintaining data on area and customer sales.
* Make recommendations to management on customer complaints and develop solutions to resolve issues.
* Prepare proposals, quotations, and tenders for existing and potential clients.
* Manage, update, and maintain client information in the company database.
* Organise customer proposals and tours of manufacturing facilities and recycling centres as required.
* Organise client presentations and tours.
* Perform any other duties as reasonably directed.


What Makes You a GOgetter

* Minimum 2 years' work experience in a business development capacity.
* Demonstrated knowledge in portfolio growth and retention.
* Strong commercial business acumen.
* Strong computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
* Own transport and current driver's licence.
