You'll be taking our already successful sales model and amplifying it through your innovative strategies, strong relationship-building skills, and proactive approach to driving growth and sales. In this role, you'll working closely with our Chief Revenue Officer on shaping sales strategy, driving sales performance, and coaching a passionate team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) to achieve success.
You'll also build rock-solid relationships with our sales partners, mentor your expanding team to brilliant results, and leverage our tech platform to help drive sales performance. What You'll Do:
* Lead, manage & coach a dynamic team of 5 Business Development Managers, while driving the expansion of the BDM team across QLD and VIC.
* Develop and execute powerful sales strategies to drive aggressive revenue growth and exceed targets
* Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships both internally and externally, ensuring success at every level.
* Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring, helping your team unlock their full potential and crush their goals.
* Keep everything running smoothly with effective use of Salesforce CRM or similar tools to track sales and boost team productivity.
* Work closely with our team of BDM's and their referral and channel partners to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and collaborations with regular travel across QLD, Sydney, and Melbourne.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven sales leadership experience - you've led high-performing teams in business-to-business sales, particularly through referral partners/channel partners.
* Industry experience in property or construction is essential.
* A strong understand of technology and how it helps drive performance with solid knowledge of Salesforce CRM or similar tools that drive results.
* Exceptional relationship-building skills - you know how to connect and grow long-term business partnerships.
* A passionate coach and mentor, with a knack for developing talent and driving team success.
* Commercially savvy, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
