Database Insights Manager
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our database and insights, utilizing their expertise in data analysis and CRM management to drive organisational success.
* This role requires a tertiary qualification or equivalent experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a database-related field within a Not-for-Profit or Community organisation environment.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
2. Analyse data to provide insights that inform organisational decision-making.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement effective strategies.
What You'll Bring:
* A relevant tertiary level qualification or equivalent demonstrated experience with minimum 5 years of database experience in a Not-for-Profit or Community organisation environment.
* Demonstrated experience to work effectively collaborate with a team and the ability to be a positive role model who is professional, supportive, and inclusive within a community and/or NFP organisation.
* Ability to manage confidential information, multiple priorities and competing deadlines plus maintain an attention to detail.
