About the Role:

* As a senior technical leader, you will be responsible for delivering software solutions that support our clearing customers. This includes developing and maintaining complex software systems, ensuring high availability and performance.

* You will also be expected to coach and manage a small team of engineers, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow in their careers.

* Furthermore, you will ensure that Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) processes adhere to engineering standards, and participate actively in the Markets Technology engineering team.

* In addition, you will collaborate with other teams to improve the software delivery lifecycle (SDLC) using automation techniques like CI/CD.
">
* You will work closely with test leaders to embed automation and release management best practices into our development process.

About Your Skills and Qualifications:
">
">
* You have proficiency in Java development, architecture patterns, and APIs, as well as experience with cloud solutions (AWS), microservices (Java, Spring Boot, EKS, Kafka).

* You have delivered major programs in agile, capital markets domain, and have knowledge of enterprise CI/CD tools and best practices.
">
* You understand cloud engineering principles, preferably AWS, and have familiarity with IaaS, PaaS, SaaS concepts.
">
* You have experience with complex and semi-structured data (JSON, XML), and software design governance and collaboration across teams.
">
* You possess leadership skills with a passion for coaching and mentoring, excellent communication skills, and a curiosity-driven approach.
