Eaton's Canadian Division is currently seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join our team. This position is based in our Perth location and offers benefits from day one.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $80,000 – $100,000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program. Salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Be a Strategic HR Partner Driving Impact Under the guidance of the Plant Manager, this role acts as a trusted business partner, supporting site leadership, employees, and the Canadian HR team to deliver meaningful results. You'll lead the development, implementation, and coordination of HR policies and systems that align with Eaton's values, ensuring compliance while fostering a positive, high‑performance culture. This is your opportunity to influence business outcomes, build strong relationships, and shape initiatives that empower people and drive organizational success.
* Deliver impactful HR programs and initiatives that align with the division's strategy and Eaton's values, driving organizational success.
* Lead talent acquisition and development efforts, managing the talent review process to build capability and foster a high‑performance culture.
* Partner with operations leadership to design and implement effective talent management strategies linked to business and financial objectives.
* Leverage coaching, consulting, and facilitation skills to influence positive behaviors and achieve favorable business outcomes.
* Champion positive employee relations, promoting open communication and trust while providing counsel to resolve conflicts and employee relations issues.
* Administer competitive compensation programs that reward superior performance and support retention of top talent.
* Ensure seamless integration of performance management strategies, driving continuous improvement and elevating overall workforce performance.
Qualifications:
Basic (required) Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or college diploma from an accredited institution.
* Minimum of (3) years' experience in Human Resources.
* Candidate must be authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship now and in the future.
Preferred qualifications:
* Masters degree in human resources or business administration.
* Manufacturing experience.
* Working knowledge of employment/labour laws.
