We are seeking a proactive and detail-focused Quality Assurance Coordinator to support our Quality Assurance Manager and lead quality operations on the floor. This role plays a key part in maintaining and improving our Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring food safety, compliance and continuous improvement across operations at Pacific Fresh – Leeton.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and oversee day-to-day quality assurance activities across the production floor.
* Promote and uphold workplace health and safety, food safety and quality standards at all times.
* Coordinate and lead the Quality Assurance team, allocating tasks and monitoring workflow and priorities.
* Monitor and verify compliance with HACCP, GMP and food safety requirements across operations.
* Conduct routine quality inspections of processes, equipment and finished product.
* Train and support team members in quality, food safety and QA procedures.
* Complete and maintain accurate quality records, reports and audit documentation.
* Support internal audits, verification activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Communicate effectively with Production, Operations and stakeholders to support smooth operations and on-time customer deliveries.
About You
* Experience in the citrus industry or a packing facility is desirable but not essential.
* HACCP certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
* Internal Audit certification desirable (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong verbal and written English literacy and numeracy skills.
* Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
* Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
* Excellent communication skills and ability to build effective working relationships.
* Strong alignment with the values and culture of Pacific Fresh.
Additional Requirements
* Flexibility to work varying hours and shifts, including extended hours during peak season.
* Physically fit and able to stand, move and lift up to 20kg.
* Willingness to maintain up-to-date certifications, including First Aid.
* Permanent Australian residency required.
