About the Role
As a senior maintenance professional, you will be responsible for leading a team of direct reports to deliver safe, efficient, and high-quality maintenance across all underground equipment.
* The role involves working in conjunction with the Underground Maintenance Superintendent and the Maintenance Supervisor to maintain mobile equipment.
* You will also be required to coordinate and communicate to the crew, attend shift handovers, and lead meetings to monitor performance and coach/mentor crew members.
* Evaluating work orders, ensuring completion, and contributing to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to improve work safety, practices, and procedures are also key responsibilities.
About You
* A minimum of five years' experience within mining, commercial, or heavy industrial environments is essential for this role.
* Demonstrated supervisory experience with proven leadership, communication, and team-development skills is highly valued.
* Trade qualified in Mobile and Fixed Plant or Heavy Vehicle, S1, S2, S3 is also required.
