Overview

As a Performance Management Specialist, you will work collaboratively and innovatively within the Performance Improvement Team to develop best‐practice claims management strategies to drive improved business performance. Your role will include assisting the scheme in meeting corporate objectives, maximising remuneration, and improving operational and quality measure results.

Responsibilities

* Assist in realising organisational goals by aligning processes and driving efficient results.
* Translate business plans into action plans and monitor and review the plans through to completion.
* Identify, analyse, and improve business processes to meet current goals and identify new ones aimed at improving profit and performance.
* Re‐engineer processes where appropriate to reduce cost and cycle time and improve the quality of production and service.
* Analyse scheme and DXC performance data to identify performance and remuneration objectives and areas for improvement and opportunity.
* Participate and contribute to the development of new initiatives, strategies, and processes to achieve gains in business performance, working with the Continuous Improvement Team.
* Assist the Senior Management Team with planning and strategic orientation.
* Provide direction to staff members regarding selected components and aspects of their work, as required.
* Provide training, coaching and mentoring to help employees reach their objectives and enable progression and potential.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

* Understanding of Workers Compensation Legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
* Strong understanding of governing standards of practice.
* Strong understanding of agent remuneration drivers.
* Highly experienced in GWCC, CRM Salesforce, QLIK reporting and other scheme systems including Kofax, Payments Plus, etc.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Highly developed self‐management and organisational skills.
* Continuous improvement and initiative – including flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
* Effective consultation, negotiation and influencing skills.
* Innovation and the ability to think laterally.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Problem solving and decision making.
* Relationship building.
