About the Role:

We are seeking a highly professional and experienced
IT Support Engineer
to provide exceptional 1st and 2nd line technical support in a fast-paced, corporate environment. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Perth, supporting senior executives, VIP users, and C-level stakeholders. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality IT support services with discretion, attention to detail, and a strong customer service mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide timely and effective 1st/2nd line desktop support across Windows, O365, mobile devices, and standard business applications
* Support VIPs and C-level executives with a highly professional approach
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues (remotely and on-site)
* Manage and escalate tickets within agreed SLAs using ITSM tools
* Set up and maintain IT equipment including laptops, mobile devices, AV systems, and meeting room tech
* Document processes and contribute to the knowledge base
* Liaise with 3rd party vendors and internal IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements:

* 2–4 years' experience in a similar IT support role within a professional services or corporate environment
* Proven experience supporting senior stakeholders and VIPs
* Strong technical knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Exchange, and mobile device management
* Familiarity with ITIL principles and incident management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy)
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* A calm, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset
* Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks under pressure

Desirable:

* Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL)
* Experience with video conferencing tools (Zoom, MS Teams, AV setups)
* Previous experience in financial, legal, or professional services environments
