6 month contract + possible extension Brisbane south side based: Hybrid (3 days office, 2 days remote) Inclusive Team Culture | Immediate Start 4impact is highly experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead a critical transformation initiative covering both Contact Centre and Unified Service Desk for one of our enterprise client.
This role requires someone who can hit the ground running, quickly get up to speed, and work seamlessly with C-level stakeholders, the project team, and a range of vendors to shape the roadmap and delivery approach.What We're Looking For: Must have experience delivering complex transformation projects, ideally across Contact Centre and Unified Service Desk environments.
Strong vendor management and C-level stakeholder engagement skills.
Experience with Agent Workspace technologies such as AWS Connect Agent Workspace, Microsoft Customer Service Workspace, or Unified Service Desk.
Solid understanding of cloud technologies, integrations, and customer engagement platforms.
Outcome-focused, with excellent communication and documentation skills.
