About the Role
The Regional Business Development Manager will drive sales growth by expanding our customer base through strategic partnerships and competitive market analysis, while maintaining and optimizing existing accounts to ensure a strong return on investment.
This key position requires a proactive and results-driven individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
* Maintaining and growing the net customer base through new business development and account management.
* Maximizing sales opportunities for all brands in each customer location.
* Achieving distribution targets for new and core products.
* Implementing monthly sales strategies and tracking progress.
* Distributing new products efficiently and effectively.
* Delivering excellent customer service and support within their geographic area.
* Ensuring return on investment for discounts and capital.
* Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and CSR partners.
Requirements
* Strong Communication and Negotiation Skills.
* Problem-Solving Ability.
* Relationship Management.
Experience: 2-5 years in Field Sales. Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships. Degree in Commerce or Marketing preferred but not essential. Full Driver License required.
