What you'll do
* Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and efficiency
* Provide solutions to customer complaints and queries
* Advise customers on compliance issues (OHS, SW regulations)
* Manage and respond to emails in shared mailboxes
* Book and schedule services
* Handle dispute resolution calmly and effectively
* Update service records (POs, access requirements, etc.)
What you'll bring
* Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Preferred: CRM experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
* Previous call centre/contact centre experience
* Strong multitasking and organisational skills
* High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
