Noma is a female-founded finance brokerage on a mission to make money make sense. Real talk about car loans, business finance, and money moves delivered through social-first creative. Great content takes a village, and we're growing ours.
We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our small-but-mighty team. You'll lead our content calendar: filming, editing, scheduling and publishing across TikTok and Instagram and play a real role in shaping how Noma shows up online.
You'll work closely with our Director on strategy, then own the execution from there.
What you'll do
* Own and drive our content calendar - on brand, on time, every time
* Film, produce and edit short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Reels
* Write compelling captions, hooks, and scripts (with support from Claude AI)
* Bring fresh ideas to the table and spot trends before they peak
* Track performance and deliver monthly analytics insights that actually inform decisions
* Help evolve our content strategy as the brand grows
You'll thrive here if you
* Have 3+ years in a social media or content role with results to show for it
* Are confident filming and editing short-form video (on-camera comfort is a big plus)
* Want genuine creative ownership, not just a brief to execute
* Are organised, proactive, and work well without being micromanaged
* Have a sharp eye for trends and an even sharper eye for detail
* Actually care about doing good work — not just ticking boxes
* Bonus points for experience with Metricool, Claude AI, ManyChat or CapCut
This is an Melbourne-based role with a flexible working arrangement. You'll be based out of The Commons - think rooftop, sauna, and an office that doesn't feel like one. You'll be joining a brand that's growing fast and a team that genuinely backs each other.
