The Opportunity
Due to continued growth, SEE Group is looking for Site Supervisors to join our team based in Orange, NSW. Working an 8/6 roster, with options available for FIFO (flights provided from Brisbane Airport), DIDO or local residents. Our Site Supervisors are hands-on leaders who keep projects moving every single day. From coordinating crews and subcontractors to overseeing plant, materials, and daily site activities, they ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Responsible and accountable for the effective programming of daily site works in accordance with the construction program, including any adjustments as they arise. Responsible for project compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations and standards.
* Responsible and accountable for the coordination of employees, subcontractors, plant and equipment required for the projects. Provide advice, support and assistance to project staff in relation to any technical and/or complex problems that may arise during project life.
* Monitor sub-contractors on a continual basis with a view to ensuring compliance with HSEQ requirements.
Essential Skills and Attributes
* Background in Plant Operation, Construction and Delivery processes
* Proven management skills, practices and planning ability
* Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
