About the Opportunity
Winnellie Hydraulics, part of the Aussie Fluid Power network, is seeking a customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our Darwin team.
This is a fast-paced internal sales and customer-facing role where accuracy, responsiveness and strong technical understanding are key. You will be responsible for quoting distribution and service work, supporting the Sales team, and ensuring customers receive the right hydraulic solutions on time.

Your Tasks
* Prepare accurate, commercially sound quotes for parts, service and project work
* Process sales orders, purchase orders, invoices and shipping documentation within agreed timeframes
* Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and shared inbox promptly and professionally
* Liaise with suppliers and internal technical teams to confirm pricing, availability and correct product selection
* Support the external Sales team by qualifying leads and providing internal sales assistance
About You
* Strong customer service, sales and negotiation skills
* Ability to interpret catalogues, part numbers and basic technical information
* High attention to detail with sound computer and ERP system skills
* Holds (or able to obtain) NT Driver's Licence and Australian working rights
