Our programs and services empower clients directly with new experiences, opportunities, and skills for life and work.About the roleThe Payroll Officer will play a key role in the team, providing a high level support to our business whilst ensuring the processing of employee payments in a timely manner. To be successful in this role you will have extensive experience in the delivery of large and multiple payrolls along with thorough understanding and knowledge of awards and EBA's.Key responsibilities include:End to end processing of Sunnyfield payrollMaintenance of payroll and time and attendance systemsUpdating and maintaining payroll recordsCalculation and processing of termination and workers compensation paymentsPayroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligationsReconciliation and payment of superannuation contributionsLiaising with staff and management on payroll related queriesInterpreting awards/agreements and contracts in relation to overtime and shift allowance paymentAbout YouYou're determined to make a positive difference to clients' lives, your team, and your local community!You can flexibly lead and collaborate in a dynamic team environment with a strong sense of ownershipYou have the demonstrated ability to engage, communicate and build partnerships with a diverse range of peopleYou have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalYou have previous Payroll experience, combined with experience interpreting awards and agreementsSo if you have a background in Payroll and are looking to join an organisation that makes a difference, then this opportunity is made for you.
