We are seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our cleaning team. This permanent, full-time position plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our properties, ensuring a welcoming environment for residents and visitors while reflecting our commitment to quality and care in property management.
Responsibilities:
* Provide high-standard cleaning and presentation across offices, properties and communities.
* Complete internal and external property cleans for tenant entry and exit, including properties that may be in very poor or extremely dirty conditions that requires intensive cleaning.
* Maintain cleanliness of office facilities, kitchens, toilets, meeting rooms and common areas.
* Safely operate cleaning equipment and industrial machinery when needed, and handle/store chemicals correctly.
* Monitor and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment.
* Identify and report maintenance issues to the Works Foremen.
* Clean fleet vehicles and community ablution blocks as scheduled.
* Demonstrate reliability, commitment and attention to detail to consistently achieve a high standard of cleaning.
Qualifications:
* Previous cleaning experience is preferred; however, training will be provided to the right candidate.
* Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Good time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Basic knowledge of cleaning products and equipment.
* Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual tasks when needed.
* Police Check & Working with children clearance (Willing to obtain)
