The role
We're looking for Expressions of Interest from Document Controllers to manage and maintain critical documentation across its lifecycle for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Liaise with the Associate Director Document and Information and clients on best-practice for document and information management strategies.
Drive adoption across diverse organizations.
Ensure accurate version control and compliance with standards.
Manage document workflows and approvals.
Support teams with document queries and training.
Required Skills & Experience
7+ years of experience in document control and information management.
Proven experience in major projects, with client-side and/or contractor-side experience.
Knowledge of document management systems, governance and lifecycle principles.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
