**Role and Responsibilities**
- Performing and directing fieldwork and laboratory testing
- Collecting and analysing data, and carrying out computations
- Estimating material costs and ensuring finished works are within specifications, regulations, and contract provisions.
- Inspecting civil engineering works, and organising and supervising maintenance and repair work
- Conducting field and laboratory tests of construction materials and soils and collecting data for traffic survey.
**About You**
- Solid understanding of civil engineering principles.
- Have at least 3 years of experience.
- Commercial understanding of contract and project cost control management in the civil engineering industry (e.g., understands productivity and measure, forecasting)
- Advanced understanding of established HSEQ systems and principles
