Engagement Coordinator Role
A key opportunity exists to empower parents and facilitate their educational and career goals. We are seeking an Engagement Coordinator to cultivate relationships with external partners, community connections, and employers to support the growth and success of our Parent Pathways program.
About The Opportunity
* We are looking for a skilled individual to promote and maintain relationships with service providers, community groups, and local employers to expand service access and drive referrals.
* The ideal candidate will identify opportunities for collaboration through events and activities that foster engagement between program mentors and the wider community.
* They will also manage partnership agreements to support program goals, increase participant referrals, and represent Employment Plus within community organizations and local employers.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Promote and maintain relationships with service partners and community connections to drive referrals and expand service access.
* Identify opportunities for collaboration through events and activities.
* Foster collaboration between program Mentors and the wider community.
* Manage partnership agreements to support program goals.
* Increase participant referrals to our service.
* Represent Employment Plus within community organizations and local employers.
* Document partnership insights in our system.
About You
* You have a relevant qualification or experience in Business Development or community services.
* You possess strong influencing, negotiating skills, and commercial acumen.
* You can identify and develop new opportunities.
* You have excellent relationship-building skills.
* You are results-driven with effective organizational skills.
* You possess excellent communication skills.
* You hold a Driver's license and a Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent.
* You are willing to undertake a police check.
